10 monuments d'Europa que has de visitar algun cop a la vida

El món està ple de llocs històrics i preciosos per descobrir. Un d'aquests llocs és la Catedral de Nôtre Dame de París, és per això que després de veure l'incendi d'ahir a la tarda, molta gent es penedeix de no haver-hi estat mai.

You can never get enough of such an spectacular view... Stonehenge is one of the world’s most famous prehistoric monuments. With so many theories surrounding the structure, from it being a burial ground, to a place of healing, the site just oozes mystery. Inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage list in 1986, Stonhenge, Avebury and Associated Sites they truly represent a unique embodiment of our collective heritage. Stonehenge is one of the most impressive prehistoric megalithic monuments in the world on account of the sheer size of its megaliths, the sophistication of its concentric plan and architectural design, the shaping of the stones - uniquely using both Wiltshire Sarsen sandstone and Pembroke Bluestone - and the precision with which it was built. At Avebury, the massive Henge, containing the largest prehistoric stone circle in the world, and Silbury Hill, the largest prehistoric mound in Europe, demonstrate the outstanding engineering skills which were used to create masterpieces of earthen and megalithic architecture. La Iglesia de la Sangre Derramada es uno de los símbolos de San Petersburgo, ayer la mostré en stories. La compararía con una caja con sorpresa. Por fuera un templo ruso del siglo XVII ( estilizado, como apareció en 1907) , por dentro -- mas de 70.000 metros cuadrados de mosaico. Hay un secreto mas en esta maravillosa cajita. Uno trágico. Si el zar Alejandro II no hubiera sido asesinado en ese lugar de malecón el 3 de marzo de 1881, jamas se habría construido esta perla. La iglesia surgió como monumento al zar mártir.
